AFC is a machine with a modern design which incorporates all components; it adopts the cooling cycle using water or air condensation in order to produce the quantity of air necessary for cooling the film at required conditions. AFC system is made to cool the air at the same temperature the whole year for a constant production rates, for a 1% increase in film production for each reduced °C  degree, as well as an increase in product quality. AFC is placed alongside the extrusion machine and is connected to the cooling ring.
