The AT, three-phase feeling of the ASPIROPLAST series, are adapts for the feeding of the granule in the Injection Moulding Machine or Extruder for big-half production. The control board of the feeders series type AT is positioned on the pomp protection box on the floor. The control card allows ,according to the models, setting of the following parameters, pause time, loading time, filter cleaning time proportional valve setting, with alarm signals for non loading of material, filter blocked, high temperature, bearing inspection and pump thermal blockage. All three phase feeders (optional on AT 0,7/300 ) are fitted with the automatic filter cleaning device which shakes the filter (filter beater) This eliminate dust being introduced into environment. With the exception of the AT 0,7 /300 all the models can be fitted with the VPA (automatic proportional valve) The simple design and the particular anchor movement of the shut off device all lead to excellent reliability even with the most difficult types of granule. In the event where installation is difficult or the material to be conveyed is particularly dusty, then a floor mounted filter can be supplied. This unit fitted with the FILTER SHADER and the dust is removed and collected in a separate container. On the hopper only a mesh type filter is fitted which assures a good de-dusting of the conveyed material. For a perfect installation, we recommend the use of a small insulated hopper, to guarantee a solid fixing of the unit to he injection moulding or extruder machine. Also this reduce the small amount of material in the hopper from attracting moisture.
