The weight meter control have been studied for the automatic determination of the average thickness of the pieces, and the constantly maintenance during all production. The system is connected to the speed control of the extruder rotation, and the speed control of the pull off, the controller is able to administrate until 3 co-extrusions.In the same panel are grouped the pull off controls and the co-extruders controls, the speed synchronization of screw'a rotation and the pull off will facilitate the speed up and the starting, reducing the times and the waste parts.
